some kind of electric heating pad on the inside of the bag hooked to a switch on your dash would do the trick I am sure..

Wife got be a coffee cup that turns the flames red when hot coffee is put into it, not as cool as that. Last year for two weeks at the end of Aug here in Canada maybe her suit would of come off, maybe.
