Default Do soft lowers keep you warmer?

Hey Guys, I'm on a 07 RG and considering getting a set of HD soft lowers. Will they make a difference in cold weather?

Lowers are going to help take some of the air off your legs. Anything that impedes the air flow from hitting you is going to help you stay a little warmer. Eventually the air temperature is going to get you regardless, so you'll still want them longjohns for when it's really cold out.

They make a big difference for the rider, and even for the passenger according to my wife.

I bought them for under 50 degree riding... really like them... I got the 49.00 vinyl ones, so that they go over my highway pegs...
