Just got my soft lowers in a couple of days ago from roadspirit.com for $45.00 including shipping. And yes, they do accept paypal. Appear to be very well made with a lot of velcro that's very hard to pull apart when together. I haven't tried them out to see how much of a difference that they'll be on those cool rides.
