Love my 09. No problems as of yet......no heat or 5 gear whines. Would not like the 10's with the cat in the headpipe.

 

Why not just catch up with technology, or better yet just tell the EPA to shove it?

the epa has a lot of power. to answer your question, yes, they will take away their birthday, the ones coming up.

simple fix to any heat problems, buy a 2010, (you will love it) call fuel moto, tell them you want a pc V, tell them you also want the Jackpot pipes and carbon fiber mufflers (1,000.00 out the door) for the pipes and mufflers delivered, the bike will look stock as far as the pipes go, run great, run smoothe and cool... most important is you will love it......

 

I went from a 04 to a 09 Ultra and there is a lot of improvement in ride and handling with the 09, not that the 04 had a problem. Yes i have the 5th gear whine, but for me it's not a big deal.
