Not necessarily. Used to be that the dealers commonly installed the pigtails on the PDI's. Then they stopped because the MOCO started using the tenders with the pigtails included like the Drag Specialties one. You may not have one. If you do, it will be a two pole flat connector coming off the right side above your oil filler.

My battery tender connector fits snugly behind the starter solenoid; no flopping around when not in use. Just route the battery connections through an available hole interior to the frame rails.

That seems odd. I had an 08 Deluxe that I traded in on a 09 EGC both of which were bought new and both were factory equipped with the battery tender pigtail.

Those pigtails are added by the Dealer.
I watched them add mine when I went to pick up the bike. It was an "oops we forgot" thing.

This maybe a stupid question and I looked quickly on the Gerbings site first but can you use your Battery Tender pigtail for your Gerbings connection? Plug & play?

Mine came with the tender and pre wired, but the stealer that I bought it from installs them on all there bikes.
