Default 3m Protective Film?

Anyone use this on their scoot? I'm seriously thinking about it. Can seem to find any current date posts on it.

I've got it on my truck and love it. NOT cheap but great. Actually not by 3M but same idea.

I have it on my trike. Anything facing forward its got it. Im happy with how it protect the paint. You will see the edge of it but Im was willing to live with it to keep the chips down in the paint.

Heres the link to a supplier >>> http://www.stickercity.com/bmy_searc...T+CLASSIC&type=

I have it under the passenger pillion on my XBones. It is not as clear as I would like...more orange peel in it. It is ok since it is protecting my paint from the pillion, but I would not like it showing very much. I had it applied by a professional auto tinting shop. You can buy small sheets at WalMart auto for less than 10 bucks to play with and see what you think about it.

Default Wow ! TNHarley

your shop looks cool. Almost like a small soda shop. I'd love to have a garage but have to settle with carport and 'Smith&Wesson"

I put it on my bags, stopped there as it was not as good of a finish as I though it would be.

You can move it around when you are first putting it on but after that you will need a heat gun to remove.

Great for under the seat to prevent fender rub.

If you have ever done window tinting its the same. The fairing on mine was the royal pain and took a extra pair of hands. The rest isnt so bad.

There are some video on the web on how to install the 3M film

Yeah that looks nice. TV, Stereo? I love watching a little hockey, a beer, messing with the scoot.
