Default Rear Floorboard Question

I am thinking about putting some D-shaped passenger floorboards on my SG. Not the ones that match the fronts on my StreetGlide, but like the passenger floorboards on an Ultra.

My question is for those that have them is: Can you remove the Derby Cover to adj. the clutch and do a fluid change or does the one floorboard have to be removed to gain access?

Thank you!

A footboard bracket mounted on any touring bike as opposed to pegs will have to be removed in order to gain access to the derby cover. This can be avoided with the addition of an extension to the bracket.

Well put to avoid sponsorship police

I have a pair of the rear footboard extenders (from a good friend who makes them) and I am able to use a torx bit in a small ratchet to remove the one bolt that is blocked from the bracket. I have pics of the brackets with extensions installed as opposed to stock:
