Just for the record.... you will not get hauled in to jail for not having the M endorsement if you get pulled over on a bike. A friend of mine got pulled over (here in Illinois) on his bike without the class M and all he got was a $75 ticket for driving out of class. The cop ever let him call a buddy with the corrrect endorsement to come drive his bike home. I however got mine a year before I actually bought my first bike in 02.

Getting the NC endorsement is a PIA. I had to take the written twice before passing. The online pre test is bullcrap and nothing like the 'trick' questions in the actual test intended to at least make you scratch your head. To boot I took the driving part on my RK and not some flippin 125. It was just in the parking lot but all sorts of maneuvers around cones, slow rolling, yada yada. I also, not proudly, rode without an endorsement a long time before getting one. Just glad it is behind me.

Outlaw here
I had a license from age 14 to 35. At 35 started my own company and was required to carry 2 million life insurance for a bank loan.
My insurance agent helped secure good affordable insurance. He advised me to not keep my MC kicense, don't say I own a boat or ski, or skiydive as a company would charge the pi$$ out of me.
so 22 years later I have to lie cheat and steal to afford insurance and keep my insurance.
I am such an a$$ the money gods dictate and made me do it.
