Hard to get insurance without an endorsement. Why would anybody ride a bike with all the idiots on the road without insurance protection? And, if you got insurance without an endorsement, if the rider gets into an accident without an endorsement, your insurance won't pay...and you could get sued by the other person for driving a vehicle without the right licensing...and you can get a ticket or worse...and the list just goes on and on.

Take the test...it's not hard...

Im sorry but You are wrong. I have ridden over 31 years with no endorsement.
I have always had insurance. Foremost Insurance that specializes in motorcycles covers you without any endorsement. I wrecked my bike and guess what. No ticket, No hassles and they totaled my bike and sent me a big fat check no questions asked. I DO have a commercial license with every other endorsement. I know thats no excuse not to have an MC endorsement but I have never needed one.

Default Black bagger is right

A dealer will sell you a scooter without a license, Foremosst, progressive will insure you as well. And believe it or not pay off in an accident or theft.
