I am thinking of getting a mini-beast for the ease of installation and loudness, but I would like to put a different cover over it. For those who have installed it does it look like the cover can be removed from the actual horn in order to use a different horn cover-such as the Kuryakn cover? Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks~Matt

The cover is riveted to the horn and is required to keep it altogether. I suppose you could take it apart and monut the parts wherever you want. I think will work just fine that way. There are only 2 or 3 necessary parts under the cover; compressor, horn and maybe a circuit board.

I saw it in the latest Thunder Press Magazine from my local HD. The cover is slightly different with cuts in the chrome forming a "V" shape. Here is the link http://www.thepropad.com/product.asp...ion=1&P_ID=161
