Thanks for the link - just heard back from Tracy at TWRBaggersPlus - although they can powder coat them black, it is a gloss black but not the HD OEM Vivid Black (which BTW is PPG# 9850).
Thanks though anyway. I'm sure I could order them from a 20% discount HD dealer and have them powder coated locally. Then it's just the trauma of taking a power drill to the original installed hinge rivets.

yep, still haven't added the FLTRX to the sig, but soon, very soon...
Drilling out the rivots is no big deal. You just need a second set of non-technical hands (wife, kids, well trained dog) to hold the lid while you drill out the last couple of rivots and screw in the first couple of screws while reattaching the new hinges.
