RUSH Customer Service
About a week ago there was a thread discussing RUSH customer service and a warranty on their baffle packing material. The thread kinda went South so it was locked by Terry. I've been gone for the past week but I returned to this PM (see below) that was sent to me on the 21st.
I just thought it was extremely important to re-post this subject so everyone can see that RUSH customer service is not only up to par, but more than expected, by me anyway. I think it also shows that the quality vendors, like RUSH, will step up to the plate and take good care of their customers if given a chance.
I think RUSH continues to be a fine product at a great value. Their multiple baffle options which gives an option of up to 5 different sound levels is an excellent feature. I'd also like to thank RUSH for their continued sponsorship of our forum.

Due to this, we decided to replace matting if someone contacted us regardless of how old their mufflers are. It's a cheap date to keep our customers happy :-)
