Yes it looks like the 07's do have the 96" TC. Big freaking deal. Looks like they only have 92.6TQ@3500RPM and that's at the crank not rear wheel #'s. That's only up what? 6-8TQ from a bone stock 88".

OK, so I'm going to trade in the '99 Ultra for an '07 ... and I want to build the engine to a 95" ... like my '99 ...
I'm thinking of building it myself over the winter ... using the Harley kit.
My questions ... how hard is it to do the build myself ... or should I just get the dealer to do it? Any special tools a guy needs?
I'm fairly mechanical, do all my own maint on my bike and cars ... but have never pulled a TC apart or even taken one out of a bike. I have a shop in my garage where I can do the build ...
So, how hard is it?
Thanks,
RB

RE: Building a 95" from a new 88 ... WHOOPS ...
OK, OK ... I guess a lot happens when a guy isn't paying attention ... yes the new ones are 96" ...
In my defense I've been away for a while so missed this 96" intro ... but a good thing it seems to be ...
Now the question is do they have it right or are we going to get A and B models like the TC ...
Thanks, I'll try and keep up from now on ...

If I'm not mistaken, the 07's come with 96ci's and that was accomplished with a longer stroke. Now, you may be able to add the big bore 95ci cylinders (top end didn't change) and end up with 103ci's. jmo

Where are you finding the performance charts on the new motor. I have looked but no luck. Please post a link.

Then click on whichever model you'd like, and in the bottom left click "View Specs" and a pop-up window will list all the info you are looking for!
