I have an 2006 Street Glide with a SE 264 cam and other major mods...dyno 113 Hp and 107 ft-lb. I agree with another prior comment - use the SE 255 cam kit...you'll have abundance of torque at normal rpm range. Any other modifications will cost $$$$$$$ (I can testify)....hope this helps..ride safe!
Long duration, high lift, late intake valve closing.... I'd say you would probably want to get your static compression up over 10:1 if you want those cams to come on under "normal riding" conditions for an Ultra. My $.02 and it's probably not even worth that much.
The better choice may be the 259e , I have the 251 which is for all intents the same and is a midrange cam in my 103" in 2008 FLHX , heads , exhaust, etc. The 260 will be even more top end oriented than the 259e/251.
I had the Andrews TC26 cams installed in my 2010 Limited along with D&D 2 into 1 Fat Cat exhaust, SEAC and Master Tuner kit w/dyno. I have a nice flat TQ curve at 100tq starting at 2,000rpm to 4,000rmp. Max 103TQ and 96HP. So far I'm very pleased with the performance.
