There are a ton of cup holders out there, but do you want a pretty one or one that works the best.
I use the one listed here..Butler....

http://www.glassact.com/

not the best looking, chrome doodad handing on the bars, but the best darn cup and holder that I have found yet. Been using them for several years, keeps drinks cold for hours, doesn't spill all over the tank, easy to use, stores away, comes with chrome mounts if wanted ( I have black).
20oz is best for HD, some others use the larger 32oz.

Like I said, not a pretty face, just one that works.

Kuryakyn has some for about $60.oo for 1 inch bars and 1 1/4 inch bars that may work for you.

Ram mount has one as well, if you already have that system on your bike for something else (like GPS, camera mount, etc).

+2 on the Barefoot *******. I have had several, and usually the chrome swinging ones from Kuryakyn, and the others really suck, but the barefoot ******* is the most adjustable and I usually put a 32oz cup from Race Trac with a thin koozy on the bottome and it keeps the drink cold and icey till the drink is gone.

+3 for Barefoot Willie's. Simple, effective and cheap. I have a cup insulator inserted into mine. Reduces vibration and keeps my drink cool.
