Default questions about cams tro choose

Andrews 26 or Woods. TW-6-6. I use the Woods Tw-5-6 in my Ultra and love it. I switched out a Screamin Chicken 251 for the Woods, my wife and I were happy from then on.

Oh the Engine and Transmission site has a lot of information about cams. I learn big time from that side of the house.

HD does not sell the Timken B168's or 148's. You can get them from places like Georges Garage, etc. online.

You can find em' all day long on Ebay. I bought mine from a local bearing house in my town for really cheap and they even delivered them!

Thanks for that info. Georges looks good.

About the quantity, do I need to order two pairs of inner bearings to replace the stock ones when I do the cam swap?

They generally come as a set of two. You only need two.

Zanotti's sells them for under $10. Plus 20-25% off all the Harley parts. I think George's Garage wants close to $20.
