Default New TMan 107" Stage III build @ RC Cycles (on my '09 Street Glide)

Well, I took the trip to Hayward, CA so that the guys at RC Cycles can do my build. I didn't make it up here from Temecula, CA (about an 8 hour trip) before they closed. Shackin' up in a crappy Motel 6...bad move. LOL I'll be at their door first thing in the morning though. OPEN...OPEN...OPEN.

I trailored my bike due to its excessive heating and non starting issues...safer that way. It did feel weird though...not riding.

Anyway, I'm excited about this build and I can't wait for the final product. 125lbs torque...WTF??!!!

Once again, I would like to thank Phil (PhilM), TR from TMan Performance and RC Cycles for all their help up to this point!

I'll keep you posted...

Bryan

RC does most of the performance tuning in the bay area. I'm in Sacramento and they'll be dyno tuning my bike next week.

So when they get done with it......we want to see the dyno sheet.

125 TQ for a 107, thats impressive.

May I ask what was causing teh non start and heat issues?

Yep, 125 TQ...that's the typical #'s for this build. Not saying I'll get them, but I can hope.

I'll be doing a 590 cam and some throttle body work and like I said, hopefully my numbers will match...BUT, more importantly it just runs GREAT!!!!!

The heat and starting issues were due to wrong heads, with the wrong pistons, with the wrong cams, etc...and basically, too much compression.

Both Ron and Bob at RC Cycles are a class act. I'm sure that you'll be pleased with their workmanship.....
