At 48,your just startin' out!!

I rode a TON when I was younger.....then came the family

I'm 47,the kids are raised, and the wife and I just took the first REAL trip this year(3,000 miles)in a LOOOOOONG time!!!

There was always a Harley in the garage......it just didn't get much road time

We both can't wait for the snow to melt........God willing,we're going to have the best time of our lives touring until I can no longer swing a leg over the bike

THEN...........I'm gettin' a trike

I buy a bike every 9 years. First Harley 1991 (a 92), next 2000 (a 2001), then 2009 (a 2010). So I reckon I'm good for a 2019 and a 2028 (so I guess I'll eventually have an anniversary model - the 125th Anniversary!)

Why does it have to be a NEW harley??? Plenty of ole guys riding older bikes on here and like me never owned a new one. I am 56 yrs young ride 15+ hours in a day on my 04' RKC with no problems, less on my 01' FB and can do 300 miles a day on the rigid when I need to!
