From what I have read so far, the only improvement for the Ultra Classic is a 6 speed tranny and a slightly bigger engine. Looks like everything else is the same, except the price of course. I'm glad I got my 06 last month.

 

XM radio and Security System! When you arm the System it locks both bags and the tour kit.

But I agree, especially since they replace bearings with bushings!
