103 Stroker kit in a 1999 Ultra Classic

The Harley 103 stroker kit says it for 2001-2007 bikes. Why can't it be used on a 1999 TC 88 (in a 1999 Ultra Classic)? I know the fuel injection is different, other than that, is there any difference? Will the Magneti Marrelli intake bolt to the heads?. Thanks, Clarence

check on the se stroker kit....#22943-00 piston kit------23600-00 crank----32040-01 cart,tc'99-01,stroker h--------16952-99b perf heads-----s&s 570 g cams.......those are some of my part numbers

I have a 2000 EG Classic approaching 60K mileage wise and I was also considering the 103 upgrade.

I admit I have not done a complete search of the site for anyone who's completed this upgrade but if anyone out there has please fill us in on the particulars.
