Dont do like everybody else and just use one color or the other. Multi tone it. Get with your painter and see what he thinks would go with the rest of the paint job. Something like dawgs looks WAY better than a blue or black would.

I went 3 toned on mine. Different than any other Id ever seen!

It matched the colors and pinstriping perfectly. Should have left a business card for the owner to call me with the name of the painter for future reference.

 

That's a nice paint job, don't care what anyone says.

 

I have the same exact Limited an I've saved Dawg's photos so if I get a chance to do a painted inner ....It Will be two tone Blue on top of the black center like Dawg's Duracell, which is one of the best I've seen.

 

Finally committed to painting my inner fairing. I wanted to be different than the norm so I did a not so average two tone (eventually three tone). I know this post is useless with out pics so here is one of the job in process. I'll post some installed pics as soon as I can. I plan to have the gold pin stripe added at some point later. I think it's a "Love it" or "Hate it" theme, let me know what you think.

 

Almost done, I will just need to have the gold stripe added later some time to complete it.
