RE: 2007's on order?
I have a 2007 Road King on order. I placed the order last May, delivery will be October 2006. I would have been very content purchasing a 2006 Road King Standard if I could have gotten it in glacier white model. I was very disappointed that I could not get the color for 2007, but now I am getting the white gold color and I am sure I will be very happy with the color and ride with my new 6 gears. If any of you out there have a 2006 or older model Harley, be very happy you had the means to purchase it, you could be one of the unfortunate people that wish they could afford a Harley, but can't due to cercumstances beyond thier control. I had a 2001 1200C that I was happy with, and all I could afford at the time, until I decided to sell it this year and move on to a bigger bike, my dream bike (Road King Standard). This bike did not come over night for me, it took hard work, saving, doing without a lot of luxuries and now a long trip in Iraq (military), but my dream is coming true, soon, thanks to ENCS auto sales.

I put a deposit on a Pacific Blue Road Glide yesterday that is due in the dealership first week of August. Now I have to try and sell my 2006 FXSTSi money pit. I hope I don't take to much of a bath, I just bought it in May of this year. I have always waited on a bagger until they did something with the powerplant...the time is now!

I know what you mean about having the means to buy a new Harley. I have road metric bikes for 34 years but always wanted a Harley. I got the chance to buy a wrecked Police Road King that I will pick up sometime next month for $9K. I will have to put a new front fender and fork tube on it and then it will be ready to ride. It will take about another $2K to get it fixed up the way I want it but at least I will be riding my first Harley and will not have 20K in it to start with. At least it a place to start the way I see it. Thanks, Dandy

RE: 2007's on order?
I knew that the 07 were rumors to have 6 speed and power plant up grades and that is exactly why I went ahead an bought a 06 EG Classic in March. I wanted the end of an Style, Not the beginning. I will take the Time honored 88 and the old 5 speed that has served so well over the years. Now in 3 to 5 years when the 96 and 6 speed has a proven Track record and some miles logged, then I might be interested in that power plant and tranny. Just my 02........... hdman
