In the hight 30s here in southern california this week at 5:15AM. I ride no matter how cold it gets here, but not in the rain. Suppose to rain tonight and tomorrow.... and I won't ride in the rain.... So. Cal. drivers are bad enough when it's dry, and besides, it gets the bike too dirty when it's wet.

It is -1 with about 2 inches of ice on the roads after 17 inches of snow yesterday.

It wasn't as bad as they said it would be this morning. It's a 20 mile commute and it was up to 28* when I got to work. I sure beat riding back Monday night from my daughter's house west of Weatherford to south of Waco. The last 100 miles was in rain...at night...but at least it was in the 40's...

I am not from texas but I am gonna ride to work in the am and it is gonna be 18 with wind chill of 3. And by the way I will be taking the SPORTY instead of the glide. I got the glide allplugged in and covered up till new years day ride

 

Ride to work? I haven't rode to work since I quit driving otr in 03. Might ride over to the golf course tomorrow and get in some practice chipping.
