This is not true either. Just like an auto mfg can't void your warranty because you didn't get your oil changed and tires rotated at the dealer. But that's a topic for another thread.

I have had no issues with warranty work. If your bike has a issue take it Harley they will contact the police holder, inform them of work required and complete the repair. I have taken my bike in 3 times for warranty work, inner primary leak 2wice, broken exhaust mount. No issues as of yet with getting bike repaired. My dealer said you do not void warranty if you perform the service yourself, just keep records of proof. I'v been informed that Harley want's your warranty work, it's not out of their pocket, that's why you paid good money for the extended warranty.

Hell, at $370 for an oil change, I think I'd be the one calling the Police instead of waiting for the Dealership to dial the phone.
