Uugg Snow! Hope it stays away from NC. My 09 Ultra, compared to my 05 Roadking was as different as day and nite. I ride the parkway and the snake and some other good roads in eastern tennessee and western NC so I think im qualified to know the difference after 20,000 miles on the King and 5000 on the new Ultra. I havent scraped the Ultra too bad yet and destroyed the left side floorboard on the King. The weight makes a difference but the 09 handles and rides so much better, especially with two up. My 2C

It depends on how you ride,most won't notice a defference between the two!!
