It wasn't bad enough to be out on Sat. night at Home Depot picking up supplies for a weekend painting project but to get stuck behind one of the 1st sand/salt trucks of the winter season really sucked! It'll be at least May of next year before its all gone The only hope is a good rain to wash all the salt away then maybe get another ride in. Sure don't like getting the bike covered in salt.

 

Would certainly me git right home a do a good washing a couple times over. Will trash your chrome in a hurry.

Salt truck? What's that? And I'm worried it might rain on m e a little tomorrow. It's cold too at 48 in the morning. Brrr...

 

1+ on that rain. I got drizzled on riding home from the International Motorcycle Show in Long Beach. Might have to put the liner in my jacket.

 

You guys in the warm climates are starting a bit early with this. Most of us that are located in the "cold regions" are victims of circumstance, at least I am. I hate winters and I'm extremely jealous of you guys in the warm climates.

 

Well sheeite, I should prolly put a liner in my long john underwear for sleddin' tomorrow!

I feel for you guys with long winters. We had snow down here in SE Louisiana but, it wasn't enough to ruin the riding.

 

And just to think with all this climate change us "Northerners" will be sending our snow blowing equipment to you "Southerners".....
