Rubbermaid Tour Pak Wall Rack

Pak Turn Around
I agree that things would be easier with the pak turned around, but with the limited length of the shelf brackets, that was not possible; the pak hit the wall. That was my intention and my first try.... bummer... Now I have to put the pak on the floor and turn it around before I put it on my bike.
Everything is NOT perfect with this set-up, but pretty close. But.. since I was putting up the rubbermaid rack anways, this works for me and didn't cost much additional to build.

One threaded bolt is covered with thin aluminum tude and the other is covered with a Hot Water pipe tube.
I just took my rack in and keep trying stuff until I found what would work.

If I did it again I would use a "solid angle iron" (and drill my own holes) and not the "speed rack angle iron".
The holes weren't perfect for the "Tour Pak/Luggae rack" part. It works, but isn't perfect.
It was perfect for the my 08 setup, but not the 09. The Sissy Bar part is perfect.
