Why didn't I think of that? I've got the Rubbermaid system all the way around the garage.
How are you keeping the back of the tourpak from scratching against the wall and down rails? You just putting a cloth back there?

The back of the pak does not even touch the wall or down rails. The pack is totally suspended by the 3/8" rods and the detachable hardware on the pak.

Man that is sweet!!! How far apart did you put the rods for the tourpak? Yeah, I know, I could measure mine, just being lazy.

I spaced the rods 4 5/8" apart. I drilled the holes at the same height, but you could drill the back hole lower so to make the pak level when on the rack. Just a thought. An additional note; because of the depth of the tour pak and the shortness of the shelf brackets, this is the only orientation that the pak will mount. If you turn the pak around, the front will hit the wall.

Nice job. Well crafted. I'll be heading to my local Rubbermaid dealer tomorrow.

Great Job!
Seems like someone always coming up with a better mousetrap.
Now, I just wished I could find enough wall space, in my garage, to put it!
