Default Want To Go From 16" to 18" Wheel

I went through the serach section and tried to find out how a 2010 StreetGlide wheel would fit on a 2008 StreetGlide. I like the look of the 2010 wheels and want to know if anyone has made the change yet? If so what will I have to do for it to fit, will I have any riding effects from the different tire threads on a 08 to a 2010? I have 6200 miles on my front wheel and the wheel I'm buying has about 1500 miles on it. Any help will be helpful...such as how it will ride and handle, speedometer difference, rotor, bearing,ABS and will it void my warranty? I have ABS on my 08.

As long as the 2010 bike your are getting the front wheel from has ABS also then the wheel will fit. You will also be able to use your brake rotors. The new Dunlop 130/70-18 tire has a diameter of 25.32" and your stock Dunlop MT90-16 tire has a diameter of 25.30". So basically everything is the same size but you have more wheel and less sidewall. You might feel a little more of the road but the bike will still handle well. Your speedo won't be affected enough to matter. If you like the look of the 18" then go for it.
