Default C&C seats

I currently have a Mustang 15" vintage solo (for sale Shameless plug) and am looking to get a C&C solo seat. The problem I have with the Mustang is that I can't sit far enough back on it to get really comfortable. If anyone with a C&C solo could tell me if it puts you further back, stock, or forward position I would appreciate it.

I have a C&C sporttour seat on my 04 electraglide, I also have a mustang touring seat. The C&C moves me back and down. It is very comfortable. My wife likes the mustang I like the C&C. the mustang seems to sit higher and forward. The C&C has a lower seat height but moves you back so you have more leg room on the floor boards.

Thanks for the reply. I wouldn't mind getting the sport touring seat if my wallet allowed it but for right now I'm going to have to go solo.

I have only heard one guy ever say he didn't like the C&C seat. You should be happy with one.
I also think they are the best looking seat out there.

I have the solo with a back rest and it moved me back probably an inch and a half and down maybe an inch and a half, I really like the seat but wish I'd gotten it with the gel insert, it woulda helped on those really long days, and yes they are great folks to work with.

I have the sport-touring and position wise is excellent, lower and further back than stock.

But quite firm, I wish I had gotten the gel version for longer rides. But I can always throw on my sheepskin to solve that.

I really don't think you would be disappointed.

Back and inch, down an inch. I've had em all, C&C, Corbin, Mustang, Sundowner(HD). Came back to C&C (leather this time). Most comfortable AND EXCELLENT customer service from Chuck
CLICK on THIS THREAD I started about my new C&C. DO a search too there are many others.

I've been on mine now for about 2-weeks and love it. As others have said it will sit you down and back about an inch. Give Chuck or Chuy a call and they can hook you up. Be sure to mention your a forum member for the 10% discount. They ship quick too. I ordered mine on Friday, and it was on the way the following Monday.

I had the same complaint about my Mustang on my previous bike. It's a shame cause Mustang does make a comfortable seat.
