Default Looking for Windshield tips for 2010 Road Glide Custom

I replaced the stock short windshield with the KlockWerks 12 in windshield. Still not getting the wind protection I need.. I am only 5'8" but still being buffeted by wind. Looking for advice on where to go. Thinking about going back to 19 in 2009 Road Glide stock windshield.
thanks in advance

Lou

Lower the rear 1", thus makes your windshield 1" taller.

I'm 5'10" with the KW 12", normal buffeting and good bug/rain protection.
I used Progressive lowering blocks, ride is still good with 20lb of air.

Get a lower seat. It worked for me with the same windshield.

Default Cee Bailey

I have a brand new Cee Bailey 14 inch (actually about 18 inches with 4 inch pullback) loved it for the short time but won't fit with my new apes, it has about 45 miles on it, pm me for pics or look at up my posts, there are pics of it on the bike. by the way I am 6 foot 4 and it worked great

Look at Clearview. Not as sexy as the KW, but if it's function and protection, as well a high quality shield, you owe it to yourself to check it out. It is worth the cost and the wait. Call John there and talk to him yourself. he may have a blem on hand which you may get for chep and not have to wait.

They also let you exchange your shield if it not right for you. Just don't take the plastic protective covering off it until your sure.

CallJohn, and do a search on HDF. After a lot of consternation I went with the Clearview +2 and could not be happier. Nice breeze, ZERO beffetting. Also added lowers and the fork baffle is a MUST on a RG IMO
