This has been happening all summer but today was the worst. For the most part the engine will die then start right back up. Like a hic-up. tac will either jump or drop. Doesn't do it all the time. Its a 95 tour glide 1340 evo. Pulled out today, rode about 12 miles,and shut down to shop. Gone about 15 mins. Fired it up again ran about 5 miles and it started to studder. just now and then. Put on aprox 40 miles total. By the time I got home,it didn't even want to idle. Still running but rough as a cob. About 45 degrees at the time. Ignition module? Is there a way to test it? Don.t think its a fuel problem as the gas gauge never drops and is on the same side as the petcock. and fuel flows well to the carb. Any suggestions? thanks.
