Default Arc audio amp install on a 07 Road Glide

Looking at upgrading my audio system on my 07 Road Glide. I have did a search on the forum for information on the installation of the Arc Audio amp and I am still unclear on how the speaker wire is connected from the speakers and to the head unit. I am not suppose to know but the wife is going to buy the Arc mini amp for me for Christmas. I already have the Hog Pro speakers installed. I am not clear on how the the high level input is used. I have read that you connect the speakers wires to the amp. I need step by step clarification on how the signal from the amp gets to the speakers and step by step instructions on how to hook it up. Do I need to buy a hi/low converter? What size gauge power wire needs to be ran from the amp to the battery? I read that an 30 amp inline fuse needs to be used. Also I understand the amp needs to be mounted on the inner side of the fairing. How is it mounted to the fairing? I do not believe that Velcro will be strong enough to hold the amp to the side of the fairing. If someone has a pdf file with step by step instructions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I posted how I did the install on the link above.
I used 10 gauge wire from the battery to the amp with a 25 amp fuse.
Made some metal brackets to secure the amp.

The speaker wires from the head unit are connected to the amp with the supplied plug-in connector. The stock speaker wires have to be cut.The speakers are connected to the speaker connectors on the amp.
The optional high/low convertor did not make any difference on mine so I removed it.

Thanks for the information. Now I have to decide what speakers I want to upgrade to. I have a set if 5 1/4 Hog Tunes speakers installed in the RG and I have been happy with them. I am looking at the Polk MM651 or the Alpine SPR-17C as speaker replacement.

A lot of hog tune owners say there good. Why not try them first or just swap them out for some 6 1/2's or the J&M 7 1/4's.
I have ARC 6 1/2's on the top.
