Montana Harley advertised they were having thier biggest sale ever. What a joke. They had a bunch of junk items marked down. I saw some front tires that were date coded 2000 and a bunch of other parts that have not sold in 10 years. I asked what discount was for parts across the board and they said none unless you had the parts installed by them.

 

Charlotte HD had theirs 20% off everything and some stuff mainly older shirts were 50% off. I bought my Mini beast at 20% off the list, it came to around the same price when the mini was on promo about $139.00. Also picked up some misc needs.

Went down the road and another bike shop had a 45-50 off sale. Bought me a new cruizing leather for $100.00 and some Kurykan (sp?) items, as well as oil, cleaners and gloves. Saved myself around $150.00.

 

I got 25% off a 103 big bore kit....had to buy between 6 and 8 AM. Worth it to save 175.00 bucks.

 

15% off Motorclothes here in Deep East Texas. Not as good as the rest of you guys.

 

20% off chrome front end, saddle bag guard rails, SERT and Vance & Hines High Output mufflers.

 

Cool ! Santa just can't swing the 103" Stage II/labor this year I did buy myself a gps unit tho(not a H-D one). Gonna be 51 degrees today but too bad the bike is in hibernation...

 

One local dealer was doing 23% off, another was doing 20%.

Everything I was looking for I could find on eBay much cheaper (they had a deal with the search engine Bing yesterday that gave 10% cashback on any Ebay purchases using Buy It Now and Paypal, and still got their eBay bucks). So, played on the computer after getting back with the wife from hitting the stores, and got some things for some great deals (new helmets, adjustable backrest, some misc chrome, etc).

 

Might give it a shot today, but, i did make the 10% off at Fox Creek leathers, my new Classsic 2 jacket will ship monday. I've got until Sunday on the 25% HD sale locally, so, we'll see, don't really need much, but, thinking about the rear fender extention with the run/stop light add on. Hope my new sig picture shows, i know, it's a mud puddle, but,hay, this IS Oregon at it's finest.

 

Same here just about always find a better deal buy searching ebay or amazon. Saved $75 dollars of a Harley jacket my wife has been begging for by searching ebay. Actually was advertised by a dealer. Also for the cheapest HD boots I have found amazon to be the best deal most of the time.

 

My local dealer did a pre Black Friday sale last Saturday. First 50 people through the door got 40% one item in p&a or motor clothes. We got there an hour early and were 10 and 11 in line. By the time the doors opened there were around 40. I bought a Scorpion EXO-100 Tribal for $78. Wife bought something for me for X-Mas that cost around $70 and got it for $42. Lots of people were going for leather jackets
