HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU RIDE LIKE THAT?

I have mine near the bottom so I can have my heels on the boards and toes on the pegs, like having an extended floorboard.

Texas Fatboy,

I was checkin' out your scoot and noticed what looks like a true dual header setup on an '09 FLHX? Is that right? If so, which one are you using? THanks!

they are the HD 360 mounts, gives you great flexability for mounting.

These are the Kury longhorn offset mounts that give me any possible adjustment I could want. Like TFB, I like to keep my highway pegs as low as possible,

but............... beware that you don't mount'em too low on the crash bars. Mine touched down in hard right so I had to move'em up a tad.

i have short legs so i'm using the hd long angled mounts and doing the same thing. i can put my toes on them, but not my whole foot. still very comfortable.

my wife liked my setup and went to get a set. they were out of the hd brand, so they sold her the comparable kuryakyn setup. after installation, she rode them once, then had this.....

returned them to the dealer, got the long angled, been much happier ever since.

Check out the highway peg mounts from Rivco. They're simple, different and supremely functional. The only issue is you'll have to drill out the hole where the peg bolts on. Rivco has their own pegs that use 3/8" bolts instead of 1/2" like everyone else.
They have the best clamp in the industry, plus when you're riding you don't look like you're straddling a water buffalo. Very comfortable.
Find them at www.rivcoproducts.com - the part number is HD005
Tip: put a strip of masking tape around the end and over the hole when you drill it out so you don't flake the chrome plating.

Default Pegs

Anyone know of a peg mount that would use the lower crash bar holes? I want to lose the crash bars.
