Be careful on going over the other direction when you pick it up. My buddy and I were moving our bikes under a canopy to get them out of the rain at a rally. Next thing I know I see him flip over his heritage and the bike goes down. I run over to help him pick it up and we both flipped over the other side. No damage, just a little muddy. We still laugh about that story. There were about 20 people 10 feet away and no one saw us. There was a just a little bit of alchohol involved.

If you ever get the chance to view or buy the video CD (Ride Like a Pro). It's well worth the time or cost. It has a lot of helpful tips especially how to pick up a bike, they use a full dresser as an example.

I'm also a member of the "Oh crap" club. It sucks when that happens, but I'm glad you're OK and hope the bike damage was minimal.

I sure do like them crash bars!!

Cool

Glad you were not hurt and the bike came out pretty well. We all know how it feels to drop one.

My 08 Ultra was sitting in Harbor Freight wheel chock (not bolted down) on my patio while I was cleaning bugs off it. It was a windy day. I went inside, grabbed something to drink, heard a thud, looked out and it was laying on its side. I think adrenilin kicked in because I ran out and grabbed the handlebars and picked it up in one move. Minor scratch on the hwy bar and a bent clutch lever and a lesson learned that the wheel chocks have holes in them for a reason
