add ABS brakes ?

I have no knowledge myself other than when getting a price on custom wheels I was specifically asked if I had ABS by the guy at RC Components as he said the wheels are different to fit those wheel bearings/sensors. He may have misspoken though.

on 2010 ECM is same (can't speak to earlier models but it seems unlikely they would be different). On 2010 wheels are same but bearings are encoded. So add another $110 for bearing and sensor, per wheel. Again - I don't think this is an issue of can't be done so much as why would you? Perhaps if you'd already loaded up on modifications worth more than 5 to 10k I guess - especially if you'd done a lot of engine work . . .

thanks for all the info, at least now I have an idea of what's involved, rather than just you can't do it, which makes me want to do it that much more. After all the reading I have done on this site about ABS brakes I am not sure I want them anyway.

"The Only ABS Alternative"
I have one on the front of my Fat Boy and I slammed it a couple of times and the back tire wanted to come around but the front tracked clean.

I am new to this site and I don't know what I am doing so if you see this more than once it's my bad....
But I wanted to tell our members about the TCB Brake System!
I have one and it was an easy install and keeps your tire from sliding out as fast it would without it. Much more control.
