I painted the tips of my baffles red. The soot is a problem but its easier to clean after I clear coated them.

I prefer black over red, but on your bike it goes well. Oh, and I wish I had that kind of time on my hands. Have fun.

Thanks guys! Glad you all like it! I guess I'll leave it alone and see how it holds up. I put 3 coats of clear on it then baked it in my wife's oven for 10 min @ 250 deg.
