I've had my 06 RKC, TC88, stage 1 about a year now and get 33-34 mpg most of the time regardless of 2-up, riding hard, whatever. Recently did a day trip by myself and tried to maximize economy by riding very conservatively 60-65 on county roads for the day. Just barely 38 mpg. I don't get how there can be that much difference with some saying they get 40-50 mpg all the time.

I have a 06 SG with stage 2 , 95 cammed, it had screaming eagle 2 slip ons-didn't like low end performance-put on 09 SG factory mufflers-improved low end and faster revs up to a piont due to more back pressure-mileage at 70mph with two up is 45-55mpg. That is with imperial gal, best was 213 miles with 16.7 liters.

This past weekend I got 48 mpg running 93 octane w/ethanol mix. That was mountain riding and some highway riding. If I do only highway at 60-65 mph,I hit 50 easy. 2011 103,AC,TD,SEPST.

2011 RKC 103 w/ FM Power Pak. I get 41-43 all the time, mostly country and hiway riding. Rarely in town.

If I keep it under 65 mph and 3,000 rpm I get around 46. Beyond that it drops off pretty rapidly.

Just saw this thread, and MPG has been on my mind. I have a 2012 Limited 103 with tuner, Zipper AC, V&H mufflers, cats removed, SE255 cams (Upgraded 2 weeks ago) and I got 36 mpg for my last 2 tanks. I was thinking this is pretty low, but it looks like the cams make drink more gas. I have ride it pretty hard, but still think I should be doing a little better.
