Thanks for the response. After reading this thread this morning I went out to look at my bike. I built a Tour Pak relocation plate a while back and painted it with gloss black paint, so this morning I sanded where the flat washer comes in contact with the plate I built and also the plate in the Tour Pak, Went on the last ride of the season with our H.O.G. Chapter today and Radio worked fine. This forum and the People on it Rock!!!.

Ok...I got my audio and electrical diagnostic manual today. Looks like it's the radio unit after all. I got to the part that I needed and the flow chart said, "Does it do this? Yes." " Does it do that? Yes." "Replace the radio!"
