standard touring bike would take two bottles, at $15 each. you can find them on ebay with free shipping. i am not up north, and so i can speak to freezing, but seems doubtful. this stuff originally was developed for trucks. take the core out, put in the tire, replace core, and fill with air. u don't take the tire off the rim.
