I wore a full face for several years... just the past year I went to the 3/4 = Shoei

http://www.helmetshop.com/CategoryPr...J-Wing+Helmets

I have searched the internet and found that the Helmet Shop in Daytona to have the bests prices around and shipping is either free and cheap....

The helmets are good and we use the Autocom system and we can both talk at freeway speeds just fine..

what ever helmet you get.. check the prices at the helmet shop..

since you are deciding to wear a helmet (great idea) Get the best you can... both for comfort and saftey... its YOUR head your trying to protect

Did some looking around, and was able to try on a few of the helmets we were looking at (IS-33, CL-33, EXO-200, RJ Air Plat R, etc). We both liked the IS-33. Neither of us were thrilled at the futuristic look of the outside, but it did seem comfortable to wear. We'll keep an eye out for a good price on the IS-33.

Thanks everybody for your input.

Timely thread as I'm in the market too. I'll keep reviewing the feedback.

Thanks all

I'm also looking at the HJC IS-33. I like the retractable interior sun shield that it has. Been too many times blinded by the sun.

Wife and I both have the ARAI SZ/RamIII with tinted face shields. Most comfortable helmet I have had and the ventilation system is excellent.

I can personally vouch for the Air. Light and comfy! WOW! Kinda "Speed Racer-ish" and not the typical Harley uniform though....if that doesn't bother you...they're excellent.

Also, they don't look NEAR as fugly as most 3/4 helmets - actually, I'd say it's more of a 2/3

I have an Arai Ram III 3/4 helmet and I'd rather wear my full face or 1/2 than that goofy looking thing!

Hom much noise with the X60 air??

This is an old thread but for those that may be in the market I'd recommend the HJC IS-33. I bought one last year and just got the wife one Saturday. We both love them and they work great with the headsets.
