08 Ultra, I am 6-2. I expiremented with the STOCK windshield. Had glass shop cut it down to 10". See over it easily now. I do have some slight buffeting when I wear a 1/2 helmet at speeds over 80. I don't have the wind deflector that goes under the triple tree. Don't notice any problems when wear the 3/4 helmet. Since the stock shield ain't no good. Cut on it to figure out what is right for you. I figure I could go with a around a 9 or 8" recurve. My expirement worked out so good, I haven't changed anything yet.

Robin is great to deal with and will offer her opinion on what you are about to order.

I have the 9" recurve from clearview. I am your height and get no wind. Better than the stocker even.

I had to same problem on my 09 Ultra standard windshield wasn't right. I looked over it or under it. I replaced with a Windvest Windshield 9" $149.00 at J&P cycle. Elminated 95 of the buffering and with the flip on the shield air goes over the o top of the helmet. I tried Klock Werks but the buffering was worse then the stock shield. Like i said very happy with the windvest shield. I'm 6'. just my two cents on this...
