Thinking that guy might be keeping that bike for a while. Too much.

 

...agree with the rest...WAY TOO HIGH...doesn't hurt to ask though...but realistically?...picture that bike without those wheels...regular ,basic, fairly-stock 99 Road Kings are between 8-10K...no way I would pay near 13K for a 99 RK...by the way...that Fuel Injection someone mentioned..( I know you said it's Carb'd), but just FYI...the MM or Magnelli-Moretti..or something like that..Italian made unit was not a big problem...just not quite as good as the later Delphi-GM units...,..watch Cam-bearings on 99 and early 2000 Big Twins....

 

Looks like between $8,000 and $12,000.
