The liners for my RKC came from tlc products on eBay. I really like 'em. About $47 with free shipping. Good quality, the handles aren't sewn onto the seam, and they fit the saddlebags nicely.
They came in handy at Daytona last year. My brother and I each loaded up a bag with the stuff we needed for the day and carried them down to the bike. Made unloading a snap too.

Default Convienence

I have a set and used them for the first time. They work great. I loaded everything in them before the trip, heaviest items low, put them in their respective carrier and then topped them off. When i got to my destination... I lifted them out placed them on my ATV and rode back to camp. I have the factory set. If I were traveling long term, or hauling more I might eliminate them for added space although you would not gain much.

I've got the Hopnel brand cordura ones. Good stuff. I like them for the same reasons others have mentioned-grab 'em out and run for the motel in the rain, ease of packing them ahead of time, etc. They also work good for short trips in my Pontiac Solstice, which has about the same amount of luggage space as an Ultra when the top is folded down

That may be why I don't use the liners. My saddle bags are usually full of leathers, rain gear and stuff I want on my bike at all times. That other stuff goes in the tour pac or the bag on top of the tour pac.
