Women - can't live with them can't live without . . . - er how's that last bit go again?!

She's still fuming that I went off and dropped $$$$$ on another bike. I told her I was gonna do it - and the only objection she raised back then was that it wouldn't fit in the garage. Asked her if that was her only problem - she said yes, so I tidied the garage up and made room.

good news is I don't have to get her permission to ride the bike ;-)

In another shocking development the dealer let me pay in full with my American Express card (for which I get a healthy cash rebate). I offered to pay cash for an equivalent discount . . . Go figure

 

Well...If you ever do need her permission,do what most married men do.In the morning,roll over in the bed and grab a handful of her a**.Then tell her,honey,I'm either gonna make love to you all day or ride my bike.Then she'll say,"Don't forget your helmet"!

 

if it werent for the baby coming in about 3 weeks- id definitely be on a new RGC! enjoy it

 

I did the same thing back in May. My wife was PO'ed for a month. You know what though, I take good care of my family and I didn't spend the grocery money. I just decided to do what I wanted. She eventually got over it. Your wife will too.

 

Don't forget to share some of your attention with the wife. They get jealous.

 

Then again if you let your wife pick the color.................................

 

Mine threw a tantrum also until I bought a good 2up seat and a backrest for her then she thought it was great.

Apparently "do whatever the hell you want" doesn't mean what I thought it did.
