Default Bassani true Duals Vs Thunder Header true duals

Any information on true duals between Bassani and Thunder Header? I'm trying to make a decision on what one to chose. Even thought about the 2 into 1 Bassani. Any opinion or advice would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My vote is for the Bassanis for sure. They look better anyway. I went with Bassanis and Klock Werks Double back header. Good luck. Here's my set up.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but how do you like the Double Back headers? I think they look wicked, but I've heard you lose a lot of torque and they are hot as hell. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

To the original poster, the Bassani 2:1 is a beast! I know several guys with them and they all love them and I can testify, they sound great when you get on them. From everything I've read on this forum and talking to guys, you lose some TQ with TD's as opposed to 2:1. Also, IMHO only, the Bassani looks MUCH BETTER than the Thunderheader's and the Thunderheader's are LOUD!!!

Thunder header quality is not up to standards, having said that I love the sound.

I agree the double back header is bitchin and yes there is a little heat on the left leg at stoplights. I can deal though. My Bassanis are louder than T/H's thanks to the BCT baffles. Have the looks of a cool looking set up and sound to boot Good luck man...

What about the performance? Did you notice a loss of TQ?

Thunderheaders, true duals or slip-ons, there is no better sounding pipe.

Mimo.
