Default Antennae X antennaes

I just saw their advertisement - has anybody on this forum replaced their Harley antennaes with them and if so how do they work?

Unhappy

I put them on my 06 Ultra about a month ago. Antennas work fine but they wont screw all the way down. I e-mailed them a couple times and never got a response. Antennas are ok, customer service stinks. I'll probably end up getting a differant brand or cut the mounting studs down a little.

I've had them for almost 3 years. Other than the rubber tips falling off (fixed with new tips and some good glue) I am happy with them. I should say though, I've never used my CB, not sure how that one works. FM radio reception is as good as stock in my opinion.

Ordered an antenna from them on Flea-bay and they sent it to the wrong address. Tried emailing and contacting them via USPS, no response. Filed a complaint through eBay and PayPal, both said that the item was shipped, your loss. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't even give the satisfaction of getting into a pissing contest with them by responding.

Default Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I agree with 2001roadking & ewhinger. Had three break after about two months, two on the bike, one on the car, and absolutely no response from them at all. Their product is below subpar and the customer service is worse, much worse.
Unless you want to throw away $, forget about it. My 2 cents worth about their 2 cents worth. There, I'm done.

I purchased a set of the 14" chrome ones with the coil in the middle. One broke at the mount in less than 1 month. I sent them 2 or 3 emails, no response. There was another thread on here, with many that had trouble and contacted them with no response. I guess they sell enough of their junk antenna on ebay they just don't give a crap.
