Default How do they ride?

Looks great! I plan on changing this Winter. I am thinking 21/17 instead of 18 to keep the height down. What tires did you get? I have been looking at PMs, st chrome $2200 from my favorite HD dealer without tires and mounting.

Good Looking set of wheels. They balance out the look of the bike well. But 3K? WOW...Did ya hit the lottery man?

Tires are Metzeler 880's which is what I was running on the stock rims. I lowered the front with the SE springs kit which advertises a 1 inch drop but after install it measured 3/4 of an inch drop. Between the new springs and SE Oil, the bike handles a lot better in turns and slow speeds, makes a huge difference on balance and takes a lot of the top heavy off the bike. I had that work done when I did the chrome lowers last year.

Thanks! I love this look! I would always drool at the tourers around town that were running the 21/18 combo, now I'm one of those guys.

Remodeling business is very good in Houston.
