I too wanted a completely hidden air horn.........but in the end I just went with the Mini-Beast. This thing is super loud, easy to install, and looks good. I paid $109 delivered for mine which is the original one, the new design ones are a little more pricey.

Steve
Steve do you have a pic of the horn?

Ive had mine on for two years.
They are much louder than stock.
Dual Trumpet Sound.

That's the guide that I used for my install. The only thing I did different was use 4 or 5 fittings because I couldnt remember which fitting the author put into the horn itself. I used a threaded fitting in the horn, an adapter, a 90, an adapter and then the nipple. Pics are uploading and taking a while, as soon as they are done I will edit this post.

My best friend came over yesterday for a Hallowwen party and did not notice the air line going into the horn cover until I pointed it out to him.

This is inside of the right cover. I pulled it away from the frame to take the pic. Didn't feel like taking the bags off. It is sitting vertically the way it is supposed to, and there is a bolt holding it vertically through a hole under the seat in the frame
rail.

The Mini-Beast uses the Nautilus horn in their kit, and there was a recent test in Baggers magazine that had it measured at 117db at 15 feet in front of the bike.........loudest of the test.
